Dark red in color, the wine has an aroma of ripe forest fruits with hints of green peppers in the background. Full bodied, with good structure and well integrated tannins.

This blend of 44% Shiraz, 34% Merlot and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon boasts dense notes of black berry, cherry and raspberry on the nose and mouth, with soft hints of char and roasted cocoa nib. The mouthfeel is lush but lifted, with medium acidity and structured tannins that lend grip to the finish.

Dolev Red Moscato is aromatic and ready for immediate drinking. The grapes are from the best vineyards in Judea. Wine fermentation was carried out at low temperature and was stopped at the peak to preserve the natural flavors and sweetness found in grapes. This wine has lush aromas of strawberries and cherries. Blends well with light dairy meals, rich desserts or can be a dessert by itself. Best served slightly chilled.
